Free Hugs in Sondrio, Italy

My cousin Laurie sent me this video the other day & I really liked it so I thought I would share it here. The video is part of the “Free Hugs” campaign. The music is Hallelujah by Alexandra Burke. The words at the end of the video are by Oscar Wilde. “For one moment, our lives met, our souls touched.”

Although I embedded the video here, sometimes when you click on it, you can watch it here and other times, there is a message that there is restricted content from Sony and you can only watch it on YouTube. It is worth the extra click to watch it on YouTube if you get that message!

  1. Thanks for a morning smile!

  2. Thanks for sharing. My one son lives in Europe and, unlike the United States, these “Free Hugs” are common. This one in particular was profound… the music was spiritually moving. Such a simple and inexpensive way to touch another’s life.

    • Thanks Roseanne! I shared this in Facebook also and a friend of mine said, can you imagine this being done in NYC? Actually, YouTube did have a video for one in NYC but I think the music also really helped make the video.
